Crushes Return Policy

Please read the Crushes Return Policy fully.

If you decide to cancel your flower order before we have ordered the stock for your order, we’re happy to provide a full refund. Orders are locked at 5pm the day before your chosen delivery date, so please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

After 5pm the previous day, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind. Please  also double-check the delivery address, as we cannot issue refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
