Hand made locally by established Chinese Medicine healers, these loose leaf teas are true elixirs with health benefits. They also include ingredients to elevate your mind and mood.
This is a sweet floral blend with organic chamomile and rose. Designed to open and nourish the Heart Qi, the Happy Tea is based on a formula traditionally used to ‘return lost souls’. A little bit like a herbal chocolate this blend is especially good for anyone who might be feeling the weight of the world rn.
INGREDIENTS: Chamomile*, rose petals*, licorice*, unripened wheat (Fu Xiao Mai), chinese dates. *organic
INSTRUCTIONS: Place 1-2 tsp in a tea pot or cup with a strainer. Pour in boiling water. Let brew for 1-3 minutes. Flavour will vary depending on strength.
